I attended college at University of Texas-Pan American in Edinburg, Texas, (Go Broncs!) where I earned a B.S. in biology with a minor in English. I started teaching at Gateway Academy when it opened in 2009. I teach several subjects including English I, English II, English III, English IV, Art, Speech, Creative Writing, and Practical Writing. I am currently pursuing an M.S. in Information Science from University of North Texas.
